Hunting Dog Breeds Raised: Labrador Retriever
Wapsi River Kennels breeds and trains AKC Registered Labrador Retrievers. Dogs selected for breeding are both AKC and OFA certified. We test all puppies for presence of the Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) gene prior to selling so we can inform prospective owners. In addition, we select dogs with excellent conformation, good dispositions and strong retrieving and hunting abilities.
We train for the NAHRA Hunting Tests for Retrievers and general obedience training. Our facilities allow us to train for land, water and blind retrieves. We also offer boarding on a limited basis.
We have chocolate males and females and one black female. The dam is SR, HR Daglwood's Rising Up Up (Honor) and the sire is MHR Mountain's Top Watermark'n Woody MH. Please contact us for more information.
