Almost five years ago, I bought a small female black lab. She turned out 55-60 pounds, exactly what I was looking for. She was house-broken in a matter of days. She has never chewed up anything. She doesnt countersurf or get into the garbage. She has an insatiable drive to retrieve whether it be bumpers, Frisbees or tennis balls. Despite having a sub-standard trainer (me), shes turned into a very good pheasant and upland bird dog. Her name is Kismet.
