This breeder has been running a puppy mill outside of Harvard. Dogs with no adequate shelter, food, water. Animals left to fend for themselves. It is being investigated. Apparently those handing out kennel licenses do not bother to check on the conditions.

Why are you dumping dogs? 11 of 12 dogs you have recently dumped have been recovered. What is wrong with you. Dept of Ag is being notified. Hopefully you will be shut down. No one should be supporting your "kennel".

See Jeff's review also. Dan Rimbu is also Dan Cojocaru. Harvard kennel is in Carpentersville? The Google maps picture of the kennel is a townhome. Look at his puppy pics, every picture is no face, and on a different showing platform. Took my $300 deposit, but we passed when he kept changing the rules. We actually communicated with Dan Cojocaru (see puppies.com) and Dan Rimbu at the same number about two different pointers without him knowing. He finally admitted after I called him out that both were him and his "uncle". We decided to ask for our deposit back, which never happened. AVOID THIS SELLER and every alias and fake address he communicates. RUN AND HIDE from this "breeder"

I cannot recommend this breeder. We had a few red flags about purchasing a puppy from him, but decided to go on with the purchase anyway. The communication with him was poor and unclear. We drove 5 hours to meet him in the parking lot of a Tractor Supply which was one of the red flags, especially since it was adding an extra hour onto our trip. He insisted we meet him there because he was working a construction project and he would have the puppy with him (Red Flag). I didn't understand why we could not meet him at the address listed or the address to his kennel. It was a hundred degrees outside on this particular day. We received a text message from him when we were 5 minutes from the Tractor Supply that he insisted we meet him at. The message stated that he could not sell us the puppy because she was shaking and could not walk. We are assuming from some sort of heat stress. In the message that he sent, he said that he was on the way to the vet with the puppy. We went to the two nearest vets in town, and they did not see this breeder come in with a puppy that day. The vet did state that they were familiar with him though. Avoid this breeder and look somewhere else for your next puppy.
