Update: Silver Valley Kennels refunded our deposit money back.

My wife and I put down a deposit in July of 2024 for a puppy from a litter due in August. August came and went. I called to get an update and was informed the litter had passed away, but they had more litters coming up. One of September and two in early October and I needed to call back. I called again at the end of September and was told we would be getting a puppy out of one of the litters due early October and yet again I would need to call back mid-October. I called October 14th and the voicemail was full. I sent a text asking for an update. I heard nothing. I called again on October 15th, and someone picked up and hung up but text me back saying they would call me back to the same text string of me asking for an update so I know they got my text. I asked when so I could be available. I heard nothing. I called again and someone picked up and hung up. This was a gift for my eight-year-old son. We are now out the money and can't get a response from Silver Valley Kennels.

Amazing puppies. My Silver Lab has turned out to be a "natural" dove dog! Loves to go hunting and is the best family dog I have ever had. He is the best of both worlds!
