Mackinaw Valley Gundogs is a small kennel in Central Illinois. We focus on breeding the finest Pointing Labrador Retrievers and Epagneul Bretons.
The sole focus of our kennel is to produce healthy puppies that will make excellent hunting and household companions. Our dogs are tested in their respective venues and hunted heavily. They are also expected to live in the house and interact with our young children.
We strive to produce well built, healthy dogs that will provide many years of companionship in the field and home. Through the use of genetic testing and OFA examinations, we can ensure that our dogs will be free of many health issues commonly found in Labrador Retrievers and Epagneul Bretons. A written genetic health guarantee is included in the purchase of a puppy.
