I have been breeding quality German wirehaired pointers for 30 years. My hunting dogs are used to hunt upland game and waterfowl in South Dakota and the surrounding States. I raise one maybe two litters per year. I provide sound dispositions and high prey drive hunting stock chosen from some of the best bloodlines in the nation. I believe this is the finest hunting breed in the world and I think every one should try a wirehair. pups are 7 weeks old and ready to go. They will hunt this fall. I have a 14 month old from MW Wirehairs. He has been hunting wild pheasants in South Dakota and wild quail in Missouri. In a recent 4 day trip to SD he averaged about 10 points a day and was very quick on the retrieve. I have owned and trained over thirty bird dogs in my life and I have never had a puppy respond so well so early. A very well breed dog.
