My name is Antonio Filipponi, Owner and Operator of GermanPointers.Net. We are a small, family operated German Shorthaired Pointer breeder and pointing dog trainer. My breeding method is simple, either the dog has it or it doesn't, matched with a great pedigree you get a great hunting dog that will be hunting or competing for you for many years to come. Some dogs just don't make the cut for our breeding program and that is what makes us different. You can be sure that when you buy a puppy from me it doesn't end there, I offer one on one training support whenever I can and am available for questions at anytime via email or phone. I don't take on every full time training client just because I believe in a very one on one approach building a bond between handler and dog. The most important thing when working hunting dogs is having a personal and trusting relationship with your gun dog. I am always happy to provide help as needed and can definitely set you up with a full time trainer if that is what you want to go with. My goal is to produce a GSP that adheres to breed standard, can hunt with minimal training and trial/test if desired.
